To launch it out pull your
non-throwhand in a quick straight up motion. At the same time you are
going to want to move your throwhand closer to your non-throwhand.
(All the power really comes from the non-throwhand.) |

By returning your hands to their original postions it should cause the yo-yo to return falling back into the string. The key to this is to make sure that the string is straight between your hands. | |

After repeating steps 2 and 3 a couple of times I moved my throwhand pointer up into the string in front of my non-throwhand and allowed the yo-yo to hit the string there. Move forward and into a Brain Twister dismount. | |
