Start with your throwhand down by your side and throw the yo-yo straight out, as in Forward Pass.

Once the yo-yo reaches the end of a string, swing it around in a continuous circle.

Once the yo-yo reaches its starting position, turn your throwhand over and allow the yo-yo to return to your hand.
