Start with a Split

Just as in Split
The Atom use your throwhand to bring the yo-yo forward over your
non-throwhand pointerfinger. |

Using just your non-throwhand finger continue moving it up and around your other finger, continuing around the yo-yo until it is directly underneath. | |

Now you will be in a hold where you have a hand above and below the yo-yo. Simply move your hands in a circle away from you at the same time. (Do this for 4 or 5 reps trying to isolate the yo-yo in one place.) | |

To dismount end with your non-throwhand in the front and drop the string off your throwhand pointer. Braintwister dismount. | |
