Start with a Trapeze. Just as in Skin the Gerbil bring your throwhand pointer finger down into the string and land the yo-yo double on.

Just as the yo-yo hits the string let go with your non-throwhand and allow the loop to swing aroud the yo-yo twice in mid air. Catch the Suicide just as a regular Sucide.
Note: It is very important to do this in one smooth motion in order to create a large enough loop to catch.
